Harlan's banking experience both as a branch manager for a major California Savings & Loan as well as his Investment Banking (Series 7 & 63) experience has provided him with the knowledge and experience to understand a myriad of banking products, as well as the ability to demonstrate his management of both people and projects on a daily basis. Harlan has recruited and interviewed numerous candidates at various levels for positions within the fields of banking, finance and real estate. He graduated from The George Washington University, and Western State University College of Law, earning his Juris Doctor degree.
