Heather Froncek joined Armstrong Financial Group in 2012 after 10 years of experience managing retail branches for a large corporate bank. Her experience in banking included functions such as personal sales performance, project management, team management, coaching and training, recruitment and administration. Heather is passionate about matching people with the right employer and building long term relationships with all her clients. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from University of Phoenix and enjoys running and traveling.
